-John Michael Mohney joined the staff at YBC in March of 2017 as Associate Pastor of Music & Youth. He has been in full time Ministry for 10 years and has a heart to see souls reached for Christ. John Michael assists Pastor Doug with hospital visits during the week as well as lead in the areas of music and youth.

-John Michael felt the call to full time ministry as a senior in high school. He received a bachelor is science degree in Worship Leadership from the University of Mobile and his Masters degree in Worship Studies from Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary.

-John Michael has two children, Parker Charlotte & Preston James. As a family, the are avid Alabama Football fans and loves spending time together going to the beach, park, & anything active.
